If you decide to return an item for any reason at all, simply contact us for a Return Authorization and we will provide you with complete return instructions. Returned merchandise must be in new and undamaged condition.

Refunds will be made in the same payment method as the original purchase. Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will receive a 100% refund minus shipping. Once the refund is processed, you will receive email notification; please allow 7 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. Shipping is non-refundable. Items returned after 30 days are not entitled to refunds. Normal wear and tear is to be expected on jewelry and we are not responsible for lost stones, bent prongs, etc. after the 30 day period. You should see a local jeweler for repair if needed.

SPECIAL POLICY FOR RINGS: All of our rings are custom sized prior to shipment, so shipment may take a day or two longer than other jewelry items. We’re sorry, but we are unable to refund or exchange rings that you ordered because of an incorrect size. We are only able to consider exchange or refunds on rings if the ring is damaged in transit. Please be absolutely sure that the correct size is ordered. If you accidentally order an incorrect size, your local jeweler should be able to resize the ring for you for a minimal charge.
